Why Americans remake British comedies?
Why do Americans like British comedy remake "The Office" "Fawlty Towers, etc. Is it because they are arrogant to assume they can do something better than the original (which is obviously a huge one) is great insult or the average American is so disgusting that they cannot understand anything produced outside United States?. I found some American comedies like "Frasier" to near perfection and impossible to improve. Thus, we (the British, I am one) do not even consider, again to change or anything, although there are certain words and references that are a little American strange to our ears ….. seen around the U.S. I am inclined to believe that behind Gee "Have a nice day" smiles, Americans believe the British as some small countries bizarre they can continue to use it as a giant aircraft carrier. I think they see our plays well camouflaged with disdain equality.
We just do better or simply put them on air to American people can watch. You ust do Americans DIS. I would not be mad if another country has organized a football match (cons Sainst Chargers happened a few weeks). I see that you do not America. You do not know how the man showd the British have made America. If you are angry, we are independent? TV shows should't you angry!
