Is it permissible for a universal bike rack to sit on a corner of my car?
I have a bell-universal support 2 bikes I lost the manual and have not used from time to time, I can not find the manual for online and when I try to install myself the arms that hold the bike up to about 20 degrees to the upper flat, I'm not really a problem with it because all the clips and photos snug and safe, but my girlfriend says I can not use it unless it is flat, because it is in the how the past … Help?
