Big question, Should I do it?
I want to join the water polo team, and I must make my mind by Friday. I aroudn 5 months before the start of the game and practice. The thing is that I'm fat. No one likes a fat kid in a speedo. If I say yes, on Friday, I'm burning 2 pounds every week in hopes of seeing me more and more slim. If I say no, I can do on my own pace. But if I say yes, it will give me a reason to exercise on my own time. And if I say No, I procrastinate a lot. So please help me. And also, if you say yes, can you provide a list of exercises food, and other advice for me? And the only equipment I have is a treadmill, 2, 3 pounds dumbbells, dumbbells May 2 lb, and a chin up the bar. Thank you ~
SAY YES! Not to be mean but still makes you think if you did not lose weight by now then you will at your own pace? I was in your place and for years I thought I was going to lose weight, but never did and I I said I would start on Monday but if it was a bad day for me so I'd go ahead and say next Monday or if it was in the middle of the month, I would first of the month .. Or if it was the end of the year, I'd say I'll eat whatever I want to eat until the first then its time power .. sometimes: we need an event taking place in our lives that change our future ..! That's it! Take your life right now! Say I'll join! And move! Events come into our lives for a reason .. take this chance! 
Good luck! Food: Fish CHICKEN TUNA Salad Fruit vegetables! STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA, chips, fries .. FRENCH AND EVERYTHING fatty foods .. Rationale for IT will slow you down! Never Summer diet and felt like you were ON TOP OF THE WORLD .. But when you crash and go OUT fattening FOOD AND THE AFTERMATH OF FEEL like shit! That's what this kind of food YOU DO! STAY HEALTHY FOOD AND FEED YOUR STUFF Good Body! Also drink lots and lots of WATER .. If you do not water PURPILS GET I THINK that's how you spell that .. or any water FLAVOR JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE CAL.ECT. WORK OUT .. Start a slow if you're not used .. I USE A TREADMILL Myself And I walk 2-3 miles a day 5 days per WEEK.YOUR BODY NEEDS 2 days off .. ALSO Do not deprive yourself no food .. YOU WANT Example .. If U Want a donut. . they eat! JUST ONE! And let CHEAT ON UR DAY that you give yourself ONCE A WEEK. YOU GIVE a cheat meal:) Good luck!
