How can I best shade?

I learn a lot of shading when I stopped draw cartoons and stuff happened to develop realisitic. Try drawing faces or people portraits, even self portraits, it will improve greatly your shadow. Try using a strain mixture or advice q. Also I noticed that his best to ride your shade to make it more dark instead of simply push harder down on the pencil! Oh the other suggestions is to use as many pencils I use HB 4h 2h 4B and 6B! But the best advice is attract attract attract and u learn from your mistakes and improve!
