Background
Infinite FMS was required to provide in-store sales and brand ambassadors for training a worldwide manufacturer of consumer electronics. The brand ambassadors would be devoted to a single group of retail and operate the studio in order to influence the additional sales of customer products.
Challenge and goal
• Integrate themselves in the team store
• To educate consumers General A / V Technology on a continuous basis by means of demonstrations and "consultation" for sale
• To educate staff of retailers and technology through regular training and daily involvement with the store staff
• To increase sales of products by customer a minimum of 20% compared to the performance of individual stores prior sale
• Report sales, competitors and the information stored on weekly
Results
Results and comments from in-store activity have been very encouraging and the initiative is now underway for over 12 months figures with the results still solid.
In all stores with the brand ambassadors of the client saw a 24% increase in sales exceeding the original target of 4%, with some stores achieving increases of 37% over the period prior to deployment.
Other ROI has been achieved by the positive influence on the staff of store sales because of the presence and support of the Ambassador brand are actually increasing the number of ambassadors of the brand workshop to the customer at no additional cost.
