Just been to a soft play center?
It was in my mind … not sure there is generally buzzers on doors for people can not leave or arrive .. unoticed but they had the main door open and the security fence was just a normal latch so .. children or adults could, in theory … iNAND walk if they wanted. It really bothered me … there was nobody on the desk by the doors of about 70% of the time I was there … one man could have just snuck in and do what God Knows …. also .. they had a baby Changing that has pulled down the wall as usual in the toilet .. . but it was just a changing table on a tea caddy wire! He bit high at the top …. the material was ok … a little worn but not dirty … but the children ran around the area of coffee with massive balloons …. not staff look …. I'm in the UK … What organization do I report it?
Local council would be a good start because there are issues of health and safety. I would not bother to talk to the manager, then you only need to inform them they can get a H & S inspection, and will be on best behavior. The Last time I visited a soft play, we have noticed similar things and tiny children to go the wrong way, etc., parents were too busy in the cafe for an opinion. We spoke to staff who said "there are signs telling them not to raise the blade! How 2-3 years young people can read a sign swinging about 8 feet above their heads! The two staff on duty have also said they were there to accept money and serving tea etc / coffee, so no staff supervision whatsoever.
